At our heart, we love the stories associated to these motorsport inspired Porsches. Be that a story from the cars competition history, or even a tale related to the current owners acquisition.

    Renn20 // Stowe House

What a year 2020 was. Originally scheduled for August, we ended up moving the event to November at Stowe House. Despite all of the pandemic lockdowns, we delivered the event and our own unrestricted private day at Donington Park. Our International Collective couldn’t be there, but there will always be another Renn. In the meantime, enjoy this short film by 98 Media. #Renn20

    Renn19 // Donington House

In July 2019, we had the inaugural Rennsport Collective event. A public event at Donington Hall which followed a private unrestricted trackday at Donington Park. We hope you enjoy this short film that captures a fabulous few days.

    Rennsport Collective // 1970 Porsche 911 S/T

This psychedelic Porsche is rather special. Not only did it finish third in the Tour de France, just behind the Matra prototypes, but it's also the lightest 911 ever built by the Factory! This film catches up with Nick Morfett from Historika to find out more about the car and how they found it buried away in the UK. We hope you enjoy this film and learn a little more about this special Factory 911 that was at our events in 2019 and 2020.

    Part III. Coming Full Circle.

In 1969, Team Perfect Circle won the Kyalami 9 Hours in their Porsche 917, driven by Richard Attwood and David Piper. A young boy was at that race and it had quite the effect on him. It cemented a life-long passion for motorsport and for Porsche. 50 years later and the Kyalami 9h is back on the International calendar for the first time in 37 years. When it was announced, Andre Bezuidenhout knew he had to be a part of it…

We have documented some of this journey in two earlier films, but this is the final part to complete this perfect circle. You may have seen the Porsche GT3R at our event in July, albeit without the period correct Team Perfect Circle livery? Well, we went to South Africa to see this story out and this is that story. Grab a coffee and enjoy.

  • Part II. Getting ready for the Kyalami 9h.

Part II. Getting ready for the Kyalami 9h.

Film two in a series of three that is following three South African gentleman drivers that are realising a life-long dream - to compete in the Kyalami 9h with a world class grid. This dream started for Andre when he was still a boy watching David Piper win the 1969 race in a Porsche 917 as Team Perfect Circle. Now, 50 years on, the Team Perfect Circle race livery will once again adorn a Porsche at Kyalami.

This film was shot at the inaugural Rennsport Collective track event at Donington Hall. The final shake down before the car is shipped out to South Africa, the car ran without any issues.

Part 1. Introducing Team Perfect Circle.

Andre Bezuidenhout is going to fulfil a life-long dream this November. He will participate in the Kyalami 9 hour race; part of the global Intercontinental GT Challenge Series. After sourcing a suitable car that is homologated to run in GT3, he has enlisted the support of fellow South African racers, Franco and Silvio Scribante.

This film by the Rennsport Collective was produced at the initial shake-down test at Silverstone. Andre had never even seen the car until now, but it created quite the impression. This GT3 R has previously won the British GT Championship, so we know it had the credentials. And with these three behind the wheel, it also has the talent.
